Making Disciples of Jesus Christ
The Global Methodist Church exists to make disciples of Jesus Christ and spread scriptural holiness across the globe. At First Methodist Church Randleman, our calling is to share the love of Christ and serve our neighbors with compassion and faithfulness.
OUR HISTORY
Rooted in Faith Since 1948
First Methodist Church has a long history of serving Randleman and the surrounding community.
- 1855 – St. Paul Methodist Church was founded.
- 1883 – Naomi Methodist Church was founded.
- 1948 – On July 11, 1948, St. Paul Methodist Church and Naomi Methodist Church united, holding their first service together as First Methodist Church.
- 2024 – After decades of faithful ministry, the church disaffiliated from the United Methodist Conference and became part of the Global Methodist Church, embracing a renewed mission to live out God’s Word and make disciples of Jesus Christ.
Throughout every season, our church has stood as a place of worship, fellowship, and community service, always striving to glorify God in all we do.
